All client information is stored securely in Practice Better

Only authorized staff have access to your information

Refund & Cancellation
Appointments (Individual Sessions – Prenatal, Postpartum, Follow-Up / Telehealth)

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited.

No-shows will result in the session being forfeited.
Packages

Packages are prepaid and may not be refunded.

If a scheduled package session is canceled or missed with less than 24 hours notice, you may reschedule it at a later time.

Package sessions must be used within 6 months from purchase.
Payment:

Payment is due at the time of booking for individual sessions and packages.

We accept payment via Practice Better as well as cash.
Scope of Practice
Whole Mothers Wellness Terms of Service

Whole Mothers Wellness provides breastfeeding education and support as a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC). Our services are intended to provide education, guidance, and emotional support for parents and caregivers.

I do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

For any medical concerns regarding you or your baby, please contact your healthcare provider.

After-hours support is limited. Messages sent outside of normal business hours will be returned the next business day unless you have extended support through a package.

By booking a session, you agree to the policies outlined above regarding cancellations, refunds, and the scope of our services.
